You Are the Salt of the Earth

"I think that maybe the "salt" has something to do with sweat. It has something to do with this work of building God's kingdom not being easy. And it has something to do with people who are willing to join the fight and be spent in the effort - sweat and tears."  Taken from the pamphlet in the plane I took to get to South Sudan, an African Inland Mission plane and they call what they do, "Hauling Salt."
