Harvest in India

India is beautiful. On the way to the village of Phasiduwa, about an hour away from Siliguri, we passed many rice fields, lots of bamboos, and tea gardens. We passed the border of Bangladesh the three days we did ministry in Phasiduwa as well.

The villagers are very religious. They just concluded a festival where
they worshipped their gods.
They erected a place for the gods they made and when were finished, they threw their handiwork under this bridge. They also dismantled the temple made of fabric after a few days.

Just a few feet from the bridge where the Hindu gods were thrown is a building that we were authorized to use for the medical clinic. Pictured above is some of the team members that was going door to door on the first day of ministry.

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust." Ps. 91:1-2
